**Everyone complains loudly**

Infrastructure week is now...

Infrastructure Year!

Politico: 'President Joe Biden’s first big legislative package sped through Congress. The next one could take at least half a year to pass — if it can get to his desk.'

The proposed tax hikes are not being well received (shock)...

An increase in the federal corporate tax rate to 28 percent would raise the U.S. federal-state combined tax rate to 32.34 percent, higher than every country in the OECD, the G7, and all our major trade partners and competitors including China. ‌‌This would harm U.S. economic competitiveness and diminish our role in the world.

According to the Politico report, the bill can only afford to lose three Democratic votes in the House and zero in the Senate.

Tall order, that's a lot of people to keep happy....

All while they try to address China's harmful trade practices - U.S. Trade Representative 'will continue its bilateral and multilateral efforts to address these harmful trade practices'

"China’s state-led approach to the economy and trade makes it the world’s leading offender in creating non-economic capacity, as evidenced by the severe and persistent excess capacity situations in several industries, including steel, aluminium, and solar,"

Remember when Biden was going to be soft on China?

They said the same in 2018, and not much has changed since...

Maybe this time IS different though - it definitely seems like patience has run out...
