1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the https://fink.money website and related services (the "Service") operated by FINK ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Financial Education Disclaimer

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All content provided by FINK is for educational and informational purposes only
• We do not provide personalised investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any securities

FINK and its founder, David Belle, are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners. We do not hold ourselves out as such and expressly disclaim any responsibility for investment decisions you make based on our educational content.

3. Products & Services

FINK offers the following products and services:

Fink Academy

An online course providing education on trend-following investment strategies, including video training modules, frameworks, and tools. Access is granted upon payment completion.

Fink Community

A membership community hosted on Discord providing ongoing educational content, market insights, and peer discussion. Access requires an active subscription.

Free Resources

Including our newsletter, position size calculator, and other educational content available at no charge.

4. Purchases & Payment

When you purchase any product or service, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
• All information you supply is true, correct, and complete
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is handled securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You gain immediate access to digital course content and/or community membership
• You waive your right to a "cooling off" period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital content
• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to achieve desired investment results

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical issues preventing access to purchased content that we are unable to resolve, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Subscriptions

The Fink Community operates on a subscription basis:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed quarterly (every 3 months)
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your paid period but will not receive a refund for unused time

Fee Changes

We may modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
• Not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to access content through a single account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

8. Community Guidelines

When participating in the Fink Community (Discord), you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and courtesy
• Not share, redistribute, or resell any FINK content or materials
• Not provide investment advice to other members or present yourself as a financial adviser
• Not promote other products, services, or businesses without permission
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour
• Not share spam, malware, or malicious content

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, frameworks, and methodologies, is the property of FINK and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use purchased content for your own educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• Share your account access with others
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial damages resulting from the use of our educational content
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You will lose access to any purchased content
• You will not be entitled to a refund

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service or contacting us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
